The Fenton Campus features several integral sites for Creative Foam. The Corporate Office is located in this campus along with the Engineering & Development center featuring in-house engineering, design, and development services offered. In addition, two Transportation Division plants where we produce parts for our OEM Customers, as well as Tier Suppliers to all transportation customers.

Our Dayton plant specializes in the manufacturing of molded urethane parts that perform trim and acoustic function for all our Transportation customers. An exothermic reaction occurs when two key components are mixed together forming polyurethane foam. With this process, we utilize different formulations, which can provide a product offering ranging in different material physical properties and characteristics.

Our Dowagiac plant is our center of excellence for Compression Molding, Thermoforming, and Vacuum forming processes. Fine-tuning the elements of temperature, pressure, and time, Dowagiac is where materials transform from flat to formed. This provides our customers 3D solutions to interior/exterior trim and NVH applications. Our product offering is deep and wide, and we serve nearly every global OEM Automotive manufacturer, as well as important Tier customers.

Our Grand Blanc plant specializes in high speed, precision, multilayer die-cutting, and is one of Creative Foam’s largest volume part manufacturers serving our Transportation and Industrial customers. Parts might be small, but our pride and dedication to excellence makes this Creative Foam location one of the best in the business.

Our Athens plant is an aggregate of all the material and process capabilities from the other Transportation plants.
It is strategically located in the southern part of the United States, immediately off the Interstate (I-75) stretch near our southern transportation customer base. Whether our customer needs Creative Foam in the Manufacturing Midwest or the Southeast, we are located to serve.

Part of the Healthcare Division, our Bremen plant specializes in many processes including urethane molding, fusion molding, thermo-pressure welding, vacuum forming, and vinyl coating. These processes produce many different products including patient positioners, table pads and MRI coils. As a value-added service, we also offer the repair of all OEM MRI coils.

Part of the Healthcare Division, our Mooresville plant specializes in many processes including heat sealing, dielectric (RF) sealing, and polyurethane molding. These processes produce many different products including air mattresses, surgical enclosure products, bladders and pouches, cushions and pads, valves and ports, wraps, and various healthcare products.

Our Apodaca plant was added to the family of Transportation facilities, to support our customers with manufacturing capabilities located in Mexico. Like our Athens Facility, we provide customers with the depth and breadth of process and materials they have become accustomed to over decades of partnering with Creative Foam. Our location is close to our OEM and Tier customers who are producing their products in Mexico, which allows us to deliver the same excellence as the rest of the Creative Foam locations.

Part of the Healthcare Division, our Mukilteo plant specializes in highly engineered foam, fabric, and plastic solutions. Our plant also specializes in waterjet cutting, splitting, laminating, thermoforming, die-cutting, RF welding, and complex assembly. These processes produce many different products including helmet pads, orthotics, bracing, surgical aids, medical device packaging, and protective padding.
